Registration and Bidder Verification
To participate in the auctions, you must complete a basic registration on our website.
After registration, our team will carry out an internal verification process and send you a confirmation email. Once your registration has been approved, all buyers are required to provide a bid security deposit.
This deposit is a fixed amount, regardless of the purchase value:
USD 2,000 / CLP 2,000,000 / PEN 7,000
This deposit allows you to participate in the auction and is valid for all equipment you wish to bid on, without the need to submit a separate deposit for each item.
Important:
The deposit is 100% refundable if you do not win any equipment.
If you are awarded an item, this amount can be applied toward the total purchase price.

Start Bidding
Once your registration is verified and you’ve accepted the terms, you can place a bid on the equipment you’re interested in.If another participant places a higher bid, you will automatically receive a notification so you can continue the process and decide whether you want to keep bidding.

Complete your Purchase
Once an item has been awarded, the successful bidder is required to pay the final bid price plus a brokerage commission of 10% of the equipment’s sale value, along with any applicable costs and taxes, in accordance with the terms and deadlines specified for each lot, including the corresponding VAT or IGV. Our team will assist you throughout the entire process.

Delivery & Logistics Support
Awarded items may only be picked up once full payment has been completed, including all purchase invoices, brokerage commission, applicable taxes, and any contracted services.
Ownership transfer must be completed prior to pickup. Elebbre will manage the transfer process, and all related taxes and administrative costs will be borne by the buyer.
For international buyers requiring export coordination, the pickup timeframe may be extended upon request and subject to agreement with Elebbre®.
All awarded items are delivered on-site, at their current location, under the EXW (Ex Works) Incoterm. Therefore, pickup, loading, and transportation are the sole responsibility of each successful bidder, who must arrange or contract the necessary equipment and services to transport the assets from their current location to the final destination.
Elebbre® can provide quotations for these logistics services upon request.
