Who can participate in our 100% online auctions?
Any user, whether an individual or a company, who has registered on our platform and made the corresponding deposit.
All registered users must be validated by Elebbre to be able to bid.
How many lots can I bid on?
You can bid on all available lots in the auction.
If during the auction you exceed the estimated purchase amount you have been enabled for, contact us and we will extend it so you can bid on more equipment of your interest.
Is the transportation cost included in the price?
No, all equipment is sold as is and where is. All equipment for sale has information on the exact location for pickup.
The cost of transporting the purchased equipment to its final destination is the responsibility of the buyer.
Elebbre offers all the services you may need, such as Land Transportation, Sea Freight, Export and Import, etc.
How can I bidon the equipment of my interest?
Our online auctions last 10 days. You can start bidding 10 days before the closing date. During this period, you can place bids online on the equipment for sale.
On the closing day of each auction, each piece of equipment will be awarded to the highest bidder at the indicated closing time for each lot.
Once you have completed your registration and with the guarantee credited, you can log in with your email and password.
In the "Marketplace" section, you will find all the equipment for direct sale. If you go to the "Events" tab, you can see the auctions scheduled by date, and within each one, the items for sale with all their information. In that section, you can place your bids.
Click on "REGISTER" . Once Elebbre validates your registration, credited guarantee, and phone number, you can start placing bids. This verification process will only take a few minutes.
To place bids on the equipment of your interest, you have two options:
Normal Bid: In this section, you can place the next minimum bid indicated by the system.Once the bid is placed, one of these three messages will appear:
• "Reserve price not met": You must place higher bids until you match or exceed the reserve price to buy that equipment.
• "You were outbid, bid now!": You are not the highest bidder. You must place higher bids to surpass the current highest bidder.
• "You are the highest bidder, please wait!": You are currently the highest bidder, and if no one surpasses you by the closing time, you will be awarded that item.
You will receive a message to confirm each of your bids, and an email or notification when any of your bids are surpassed, so you can place a higher bid. We advise you to follow the sale live to avoid missing the opportunity to place new bids if you deem it necessary.
What is the condition of each piece of equipment for sale?
All equipment for sale is inspected by one of our qualified technicians who gather all the available information about each piece of equipment.
This information is presented for each piece of equipment for sale with all its characteristics and condition.
All equipment is sold as is and where is. Sales are conducted under the Ex-Works (EXW) incoterm.
Can I participate in the auctions from any country?
Yes, you can participate from any country. Our auctions are conducted internationally.
All available goods are sold in the condition they are in and at the location they are physically located. These sales are conducted under the Ex-Works (EXW) incoterm.
